Sixteen Years

Happy New Year.

A lot has been going on for the last few weeks. Pam and I have been off work since before Christmas. It’s been nice having the time off but it has been shadowed by the sadness of our cat Alpha passing on. The Monday before Christmas, Pam and I went to the doctor and had him put to sleep. In just a few days his health declined rapidly and he stopped eating and drinking. We knew then it was time to let him go.

For sixteen years we enjoyed his company and we’ll forever miss him.

Frontsideback got upgraded to the latest version of Moveable Type. It has a bunch of new and cool features. Now I’m set to fix several of templates that aren’t quite right.

Starting in February, we’re getting our basement finished complete with a project area for Pam, a computer room and a home theatre. I have setup a separate weblog to track the progress of the project.
