The show at Starbuck’s

My morning routine involves going downstairs to the sundry shop at work where they sell Starbuck’s coffee. The fun part is watching other people in line fuss over their coffee. I’m always stuck behind some slow poke loser who has to have - in precise measurements; cinnamon sprinkles, flavoring, sugar, whipped cream and milk. Then they stir the coffee, fiddle with a lid and put a pad around the cup to avoid being burned. While I’m waiting and watching The Coffee Connoisseur, my coffee has turned cold. I quickly find a cup, pour in the coffee and put a lid on it - 20 seconds. And then I wait. And watch the show.

This morning a particularly slow person was in front of me. At the CASH register, he paid for his $1.12 cup of coffee with a credit card. Sheesh.

Quit delaying me people, I have important work to do.
